Aspen Tree Service, Inc. is currently accepting applications, for the 2010 season. We have a multi-level pay scale with all new hires being subject to a 4-week probationary period. Upon completion of the probationary period, all employees are subject to periodic review with raises given based on merit and performance. Our pay scale is as follows:
- Entry Level – no experience to minimum experience
- Mid Level - minimum two years pruning & removal experience
- ISA Certified Arborist with Foreman Experience
Equipment
Aspen Tree Service, Inc. maintains a fleet of new to near-new equipment. It includes:
- 4 bucket trucks – Altec & HiRanger (inspected and certified annually)
- 4 chippers – Vermeer & Morbark
- 1 Crane Truck & 1 Chip Truck
- 2 self-propelled stump grinders – Carlton & Rayco
- 1 John Deere Skid Loader with Grapple attachment
The majority of this equipment is less than 5 years old. Each foreman is provided a late-model pickup truck.
